We use this information to respond, assess whether our services are suitable, arrange meetings, provide a requested free ad and manage a business relationship.

We may also obtain professional contact details from public business sources for relevant B2B outreach. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and developing Ampliad. You are not legally required to provide enquiry details, but without them we may be unable to respond or arrange a meeting.

Sharing and international processing

We share personal information only when necessary with service providers such as Google Workspace and Calendar, OpenAI for website hosting, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. Some providers may process information outside the UK; where required, recognised safeguards are used. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only while it is needed for the purposes above, taking account of the status of our relationship and any legal, accounting or dispute requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
